When I say rich, I don't necessarily mean monetary. I mean by having friends and family. As long as you have friends and family you will always be rich in life. Think about when you might have needed something and it was your friends or family who help you out. And why? Because you have helped them in the past and they will know that you will help them again in the future.
This is also know as being a leader. You already have leadership skills and have been applying them all along.
